In accordance with the Regulation of the Government of the Russian Federation of 05.03.2015 No. 192 “On the state plan for the training of personnel with secondary vocational and higher education for organizations of the military industrial sector for 2016-2020” and the long-term development plan, Tupolev PJSC receives applications from secondary school students for target education at state-financed openings at the leading specialized universities:

Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman

Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University):

National Research University "Moscow Power Engineering Institute"

Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev - "KAI" by the assignment of KAZ named after S.P. Gorbunov - Tupolev PJSC affiliate

Competitive selection of candidates, who enter universities in the order of the target admission, includes:
  • reasoned assessment of prospective students
  • professional psychological screening (interviews and tests) in order to study the personal and character peculiarities of candidates
  • assessment of the attainment level of candidates for the general educational programs (the USE results).

The assignment for admission to the target education at universities and the contract conclusion
are executed only after the USE results are provided.

Stages of competitive selection of candidates in prospective students for target education:

  • Accept applications for participation in the competition for target education (application form) - (September-June)
  • Accept applications and registration of participants of the Olympiad named after Andrey N. Tupolev (electronic registration) - (September – November)
  • The first stage of the Olympiad named after Andrey N. Tupolev - (November)
  • The second stage of the Olympiad named after Andrey N. Tupolev – (March)
  • Interview and testing at the company (March – May)
  • Receive USE results (June)
  • Hold a meeting of Tupolev PJSC competition commission; analyze professional psychological selection and USE results (June)
  • Inform candidates on the date of conclusion of the contract and execution of the assignment to enter the university (June)
  • Conclude contracts and execute assignment to enter the universities (June-July)

The target education program is aimed at replenishing the company staff with highly qualified young professionals who are ready to contribute to the development of the enterprise and domestic aviation.
